Prunetto is a comune in the Province of Cuneo in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 70 kilometres (43 mi) southeast of Turin and about 50 kilometres (31 mi) east of Cuneo. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 492 and an area of 14.5 square kilometres (5.6 mi2). The Communities are predominantly farming based.
Prunetto borders the following municipalities: Castelletto Uzzone, Gorzegno, Gottasecca, Levice, Mombarcaro, and Monesiglio.
