Alfred Lewis Vail (25 September 1807 – 18 Januari 1859) ialah jurumesin dan pereka Amerika Syarikat. Bersama dengan Samuel Morse, Vail utama dalam membangunkan dan memperdagangkan American telegrafi elektrik Amerika Syarikat antara 1837 dan 1844.
