Xichang, dulunya disebut Jiandu dan Jianchang, adalah sebuah kota dan kursi dari Prefektur Otonomi Liangshan Yi, di selatan Provinsi Sichuan, China. Pada 2012, kota tersebut berpenduduk 481,796.
