Roy Clements (né le à Sterling, Illinois et mort le à Los Angeles, en Californie) est un réalisateur et scénariste américain.
Il a également été trois fois acteur, dont deux fois pour des courts métrages muets en 1914 et 1915, a tourné dans The Devil Horse de Fred Jackman, a produit un court-métrage en 1916, et un long métrage en 1927, deux films qu'il avait réalisés.
