Mark Galeotti (s. 15. lokakuuta 1965) on brittiläinen professori ja tietokirjailija. Häntä pidetään yhtenä maailman arvostetuimmista Venäjän-tutkijoista. Hänen tutkimuskohteitaan ovat nyky-Venäjä, turvallisuus ja kansainvälinen järjestäytynyt rikollisuus.
Vuonna 1987 Galeotti valmistui maisteriksi historiasta Cambridgen yliopiston Robinson Collegesta ja vuonna 1991 valtiotieteen tohtoriksi LSE:stä. Hänen väitöskirjansa käsitteli Afganistanin sodan vaikutusta Neuvostoliiton ja Venäjän politiikkaan ja yhteiskuntaan.
Galeotti on toiminut professorina New Yorkin yliopistossa ja Kaarlen yliopistossa. Hän on Mayak Intelligence -ajatushautomon johtaja ja UCL:n kunniaprofessori. Hän on toiminut myös HeroQuest-lehden päätoimittajana.
