Shirley Enola Knight (5 de xunetu de 1936, Goessel – 22 d'abril de 2020, San Marcos) foi una actriz de teatru, cine y televisión d'Estaos Xuníos. Foi nomada dos veces pa los Premios Óscar como meyor actriz de repartu: en 1960 por The Dark at the Top of the Stairs y en 1962 por Sweet Bird of Youth.
En 1964 apaeció na esitosa serie de la década de 1960 The Fugitive con David Janssen onde actúo nel capítulu «The Homecoming» nel papel de Janice Pruitt. En 1965, nel capítulu «A.P.B. (All Points Bulletin)» nel papel de Mona, siendo secuestrada na so casa por dos convictos qu'había fuxíu: Neil Pinkerton ((Paul Richards) y Matt Mooney (Lou Antonio). En 1966 actúa en Echo of a Nightmare nel papel de Jane Washburn.
